Tracey Poole, owner of Elite hair & aesthetics has worked in the hair and beauty industry for over two decades. After completing training in hair extensions and hair replacement systems for men and women she became passionate about hair loss. Now she wants to share her knowledge and offer alternative, affordable solutions to clients, and industry professionals.
Tracey went onto training professionals to offer the same services that she offers in her salon. She has now set up an online training academy.
Through her own experience, she believes that online learning is the best way to learn. Being able able to log on to training courses anytime, anywhere. Having the ability to revisit any part of the learning is essential for students to get the best value for their financial outlay and learning capabilities, making them the best in their specialist area.
